Art expression is particularly beneficial when verbal expression becomes difficult.

  • Jessica has specialized experience with individuals who have emotional, behavioral and cognitive problems including autism and other serious and persistent mental illness. 

  • Art therapy combined with behavior modification techniques can help individuals discover a less confusing world from social and environmental difficulties. 

Individual or Group Therapy:
Group sessions available for schools, group homes,
 retreat facilities, or other locations

         Child and adult services available

Accepting private pay and MA. A sliding fee scale may be possible.

  • Jessica also works for a community support program with adults who have serious and persistent mental illness.

  • In addition to working directly with individuals and providing clinical supervision as the Team Lead, she facilitates the expressive arts groups.

  • To be involved in this program individual must meet specific criteria and become a member of one of the Resource Spectrum's CSPs.

Jessica received a Master of Arts degree in counseling from Saint Mary’s University in Minneapolis and a Certificate in Art Therapy from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM. 
She is licensed as a Professional Counselor in MN.
